I have discovered that there will be days that your child just will not eat your perfectly balanced, beautifully colored, organic, local, seasonal meals made with love….. so what do you do….
1. Juice a variety of veggies (kale, carrot, parsley, apple), add a tsp of nutra sea (get at whole foods – it is omega’s and other vitamins and minerals)
2. The AMAZON GREEN DRINK. It is a powdered form that is a mix of all kinds of good leafy green veggies, sea veggies, and other nutrient dense veggies. I just mix it with water or milk (almond, rice, cocunt) and that gives your child a good variety of nutrietns.
